I am on a health kick! I'm eating more than I did before and losing weight! How? Well, after reading several books on reversing heart attacks...now, I never had a heart attack, but I did have some chest pains?
It was time to do something and I decided to eliminate all meats, dairy, eggs, etc...and become a vegan. I thought it would be difficult, but just like I quit putting sugar in my coffee years ago (I used to be a two spooner), I no longer have a desire for sugar. And I elimated salt. Well, now it is meat, cheese and anything with a face or a smile! That also means no honey since it comes from a bee...no eggs because it comes from a chicken. Actually, I gave up eggs two years ago.
So, what the heck is left to eat? Hey, search the internet on Vegan and perhaps you might treat yourself to health!
